What this site does not do

This is a static website. It sets no cookies, embeds no analytics tool, loads no fonts or scripts from third-party servers and contains no form. That is also why there is no cookie banner: there is nothing to consent to.

Hosting and server logs

This site is hosted by Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Ave #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA. When you open a page your browser transmits technically necessary data to Vercel, including IP address, time, the address requested, the volume of data transferred and the browser identifier. Vercel stores this data to operate the service and to defend against attacks. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, legitimate interest in secure operation.

Vercel processes the data as a processor on the basis of a data processing agreement. Data may be transferred to the United States. Vercel Inc. is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework; the transfer relies on that certification and on the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

Language redirect

Anyone opening the address without a language code is redirected according to the language setting of their browser. Your browser sends that setting with every request in any case; it is only evaluated, never stored. The language can be changed at any time at the top of the page.

Links to Amazon

Some pages carry links to product pages on Amazon. Those links are only called when you click them. Nothing is transmitted to Amazon beforehand, and no Amazon scripts or tracking pixels are embedded. Once you follow a link, Amazon’s privacy notice applies.

These are plain product links with no affiliate tag. Should they later be switched to the Amazon affiliate programme, this section must be extended and the advertising disclosed.
